Check-in is available from 2:00 PM, and check-out is until 11:00 AM. If you require an early check-in or a late check-out, please contact us in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

We offer safe, secure off-street parking for our guests, providing convenient and easy access throughout your stay. Parking is available on the property.

Housekeeping is included during your stay to ensure your room remains clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. If you have any special requests, please let us know and we’ll be happy to assist.

We welcome children 10 years and older. Our peaceful setting is best suited for older children and adults looking to relax and enjoy a tranquil stay.

Most of our rooms can be configured with either a king-size bed or two single beds. Please let us know your preferred bedding arrangement when making your reservation, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

  • All cancellations or amendments must be requested in writing.
  • Cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date will forfeit 50% of the total reservation value.
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the arrival date will forfeit 100% of the total reservation value.
  • In the event of an early departure or no-show, 100% of the reservation value will be charged.
  • Please note that we reserve the right to amend our cancellation policy for large group bookings.

Full payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival. We recommend settling your booking before the due date to ensure your reservation is confirmed. If you have any questions regarding payment, please feel free to contact us.

  • Rates are per room, per night and include a full breakfast and 15% VAT.
  • A minimum stay of 3 nights applies during the festive season (22 December – 10 January).
  • We welcome children aged 10 years and older.
  • A maximum of 2 guests per room is permitted.

Reservations are automatically confirmed upon receipt of payment.

Please note that provisional bookings that are not confirmed within 14 days will be cancelled automatically.
